Finishing, ground driving, trail miles, whatever you need for $375 per month for pleasure horses & $400 per month for Draft horses includes pasture board and all amenities.Pasture Boarding - $200 per month for this includes feed, 24/7 hay, grain, supplements fed (you provide), shelter and blanketing/fly mask (you provide).
Partial Stall board - $225 with stalling during bad weather only *includes all of the above services
Full care stall board - $250 per month (stalled nightly) *includes all of the above services
*All above board amounts are for pleasure size horses. Draft horses are an additional $25 per month.
Each horse is brought into a stall at feeding time. At this time we access each equine for any health or physical issues. If we see any such issue it will be addressed immediately.
We have 16 acres of gorgeous pasture, plus 4 acres of dry lot for overnight and winter use so the pasture doesn't get over grazed.
We feed our own specialized grain mixture with a 13% protein and 13% fat. Our grain mixture does contain all of your Omega 3's & 6's along with all your daily vitamins and a probios worked right in.
We also carry the following feeds on hand - Dynasty Senior, beet pulp, bran, K Finish and Essential K GC. We will gladly provide any Dynasty, Tribute, ADM Product or Purina product of your choice and will gladly talk with you about other feed options out there if you so choose.
We have numerous horses for lease for $100 per month. If you wish to pay in advance we're offering an AMAZING deal $850 (if paid in full within first 30 days) will lease any horse for the year with 3 days per week riding. Tack included or use your own (your own storage space in tack area will also be provided) that's a savings of $350 per year and you get a horse of your own for 3 days per week to ride, camp with, groom, take lessons -- whatever your heart desires. We will do day leases at the rate of $20 per day. If you wish to lease by the week it's $50 per week.
Trailering - $25 hook up fee, $1.50 per loaded mile. We carry a fully stocked first aid kit, coolers, shipping boots, bump caps, water and hay for the travel. We stop hourly to check on your equine and make sure that all is well. We have numerous references available upon request for this service.
Once our outdoor arena is complete in the spring we'll be offering lessons including jumping.
We have a full - size race track (grass/turf) for your use along with miles of back roads, fields and some trails.
We do offer overnight and layover services - give us a shout and we'll discuss the situation.

We use Doctor Kenneth Main, DVM from Allegan Veterinary Clinic as our vet of choice but your more than welcome to use your own also.
Our ferrier is Floyd Selby out of Hamilton. Floyd does a spectacular job per our vet and our chiropractor.
